Bliffert’s Faren Harding Earns Spot on LBM Journal’s 2025 40 Under 40 List

We’re proud to share that Faren Harding, our Sales Training & Support Specialist, has been selected as one of the 2025 LBM 40 Under 40 inductees, a national recognition that spotlights individuals who demonstrate leadership, commitment, and excellence in their roles within the LBM community.

Since joining Bliffert in October 2023, Harding has quickly become an essential part of our team. She leads with purpose, elevating our sales training efforts, mentoring others, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth. Her passion for development and genuine connection with people have made her a trusted resource across the company.

For Harding, this recognition is a meaningful milestone. She sees it as a reflection of the support and opportunities she’s received at Bliffert and a reminder that the potential for what we can achieve together is truly limitless. 

Looking ahead, Harding envisions herself continuing to lead in sales development and training, building strong teams, deepening her industry expertise, and making a lasting impact through mentorship and strategic support. As she puts it: 

“No matter where you start, the opportunities are endless. Approach each day with a positive attitude, be open to learning, and don’t hesitate to ask questions, lots of questions!”

Beyond her role at Bliffert, Harding enjoys spending time outdoors. Raised in an outdoor-loving family, her hobbies include hunting, fishing, and taking part in Wisconsin’s sturgeon spearing tradition. She also has a passion for fitness and running.

Faren will be recognized alongside this year’s other honorees at the 2025 LBM Strategies Conference, taking place October 15–17 in Nashville, TN.
