The Rising Stars award recognizes up-and-coming professionals who are already making a meaningful impact within their company and industry. This year, we’re proud to celebrate Bliffert’s own Jess Staus.

When a customer has a window issue, they want it handled quickly, clearly and correctly. Making that happen takes someone who can solve problems, keep people informed and manage countless moving pieces. At Bliffert, that person is Jess Staus.

Jess began her Bliffert career in the Window Service Department, where her work ethic and attention to detail stood out early. She didn’t just complete the work in front of her, she looked for ways to improve it. By bringing more structure and organization to the department, Jess helped create a better process for both customers and her team.

Today, she leads the entire operation as Window Service Manager.

Jess and her team coordinate thousands of service requests each year, working closely with customers, vendors and departments across Bliffert. Whether she’s solving an unexpected issue, supporting her team or keeping a project on track, Jess brings the same qualities to every challenge: dedication, drive and reliability.

Her leadership has strengthened the department and created a more consistent customer experience. She steps up, follows through and holds herself to a high standard, the kind of leadership that makes a difference across our company and industry.

Outside of work, Jess is also a dedicated mother to her son and daughter. The commitment she brings to her career and family is just one more reason she is so deserving of this recognition.

Jess’s growth from service team member to department leader reflects what the Rising Stars award is all about. We’re proud to celebrate Jess and the impact she continues to make at Bliffert.
