and Top Partner in Philanthropy  

Louisville, KY – Brownsboro Hardware & Paint has been recognized several times recently for excellence in business.

Readers of The Courier Journal voted Brownsboro Hardware & Paint as “Best Hardware Store in Louisville” during a recent poll. In addition, the Prospect Area Chamber of Commerce named the hardware store as “Best Business in Prospect.”

This comes on top of a recognition by Business First as one of the area’s top “Partners in .Philanthropy” for community involvement.

“Our customers are responsible for these recognitions,” said Jim Lehrer, co-owner of Brownsboro Hardware & Paint. “We have always worked hard to be the best hardware store in Louisville and the best community partner we could be. Their loyalty and support has allowed us to be the best we can be, and we appreciate them.”

Known for its product quality and tremendous service, Brownsboro Hardware & Paint recently celebrated its 61st anniversary. A national hardware magazine, HBS Dealer, awarded the store its “Superstar” recognition for being the top hardware store in Kentucky over the past decade. In addition, this year, readers of the Courier-Journal voted Brownsboro Hardware & Paint as the “Best Hardware Store in Louisville,” and the Prospect Area Chamber of Commerce recognized Brownsboro Hardware & Paint” as “Best Business of 2021.”
