We repair screens, windows, and doors on site at both of our locations. Whether it’s re-screening an old door, or building custom frames to replace old and ailing openings in your home, Brownsboro Hardware & Paint can fix almost any issue!
COLOR MATCHING
Our paint department can match just about any color you can come up with in custom-tinted solutions for your home or project. (Benjamin Moore only)

MAILBOX INSTALLATION
We offer comprehensive mailbox installation, removal, and repair services. From locally manufactured mailboxes and posts from Eagle Sign & Design, to custom orders from Gaines Manufacturing and Bluegrass Woods, we can help you find the perfect replacement for your mailbox and install it within USPS guidelines!
PROPANE TANK REFILLS
We can refill your propane tanks of any size. Bring them to us, and we can fill your tank while you wait. We do not exchange tanks. We refill yours, assuming the tank has not expired. The cost is $18.99 for a 20 lb. tank. Other prices vary according to size.
*All tanks have expiration dates. We cannot fill a tank that has expired.
KEY CUTTING
We can cut almost any key! For home, auto, even computer chipped keys! We also re-key Kwikset brand lock cylinders.
COST
- $2.99 for a regular key
- $3.99 and up for specialty keys.
NOTE: Computer chipped keys cut at Louisville location only.
TOOL SHARPENING
We can sharpen your gardening tools, as well as your knives, scissors and other household tools. We can even sharpen your lawn mower blades AND your chain saw blades.
Bring them by, and we will take a look!
NOTE: We are unable to sharpen hand saws, serrated knives or electric hedge trimmers.

For Online Orders, search for your item at BrownsboroHardware.com, and you will see if we have it in stock. If we do, you may pay for it, and we will contact you when your order is ready. If we don't stock it, you can opt for the "Ship to Store" or Ship to Home" option, and your product will be shipped shortly.
For Curbside Pick-Up Orders at the Louisville location: Call (502) 897-1591 during all business hours. Due to high volume, please allow up to 2 hours for order processing.
For Curbside Pick-Up Orders at the Prospect location: Call (502) 292-2595 during all business hours. Due to high volume, please allow up to 2 hours for order processing.

Place your order before 11AM (Monday-Saturday) and all in-stock deliveries will be made that day within our three mile delivery area. Orders placed after 11AM may be delivered the following day.

As always, Weber, The Big Green Egg, & Traeger grills are delivered FREE in Jefferson & Oldham counties, as well as Southern Indiana inside I-265.
