Brownsboro Hardware & Paint is working hard to be the best hardware store in town. In addition to our knowledgeable staff and first-rate customer service, we offer several additional services to our customers including window and screen repair, mailbox installation, propane tank refill, cut keys and re-key locksets, Benjamin Moore® Paints, and a paint color matching computer. We are Louisville’s largest selection of Weber® Grills. We also have a full service USPS post office on site along with the ability to ship your UPS packages at our Louisville location.

Window & screen repair

We repair screens, windows, and doors on site at both of our locations. Whether it’s re-screening an old door, or building custom frames to replace old and ailing openings in your home, Brownsboro Hardware & Paint can fix almost any issue!

Color Matching

Our paint department can match just about any color you can come up with in custom-tinted solutions for your home or project. (Benjamin Moore only)

Mailbox Installation

We offer comprehensive mailbox installation, removal, and repair services. From locally manufactured mailboxes and posts from Eagle Sign & Design, to custom orders from Gaines Manufacturing and Bluegrass Woods, we can help you find the perfect replacement for your mailbox and install it within USPS guidelines!

Propane tank refills

We fill almost all sizes of propane tanks! From RV’s to standard 20 lb. tanks.

Key cutting & rekey locksets

We can cut almost any key! For home, auto, even computer chipped keys! We also re-key Kwikset brand lock cylinders.

Tool Sharpening

We can sharpen just about any tool you have around your home or shop. From your favorite set of knives to your lawnmower blade or hedge trimmers we can put a new edge on it!

Postal Service

Our in-store Post Office can take care of all your mailing needs.

UPS shipping department

Brownsboro Hardware & Paint also has a UPS shipping department. We can ship packages anywhere in the United States and accept any customer return packages that say RS or ARS.

We can ship UPS seven days a week.

For Online Orders, search for your item at BrownsboroHardware.com, and you will see if we have it in stock. If we do, you may pay for it, and we will contact you when your order is ready. If we don't stock it, you can opt for the "Ship to Store" or Ship to Home" option, and your product will be shipped shortly.

For Curbside Pick-Up Orders at the Louisville location: Call (502) 897-1591 during all business hours. Due to high volume, please allow up to 2 hours for order processing.

For Curbside Pick-Up Orders at the Prospect location: Call (502) 292-2595 during all business hours. Due to high volume, please allow up to 2 hours for order processing.

Place your order before 11AM (Monday-Saturday) and all in-stock deliveries will be made that day within our three mile delivery area. Orders placed after 11AM may be delivered the following day.

Delivery Fees:
Orders less than $25: $10 delivery fee
Orders $25 to $49.99: $5 delivery fee
Orders $50 or greater: FREE within delivery area*
Curbside pickup – FREE

*Delivery of mulch, straw or soil is $30

As always, Weber, The Big Green Egg, & Traeger grills are delivered FREE in Jefferson & Oldham counties, as well as Southern Indiana inside I-265.
