By signing up to receive SMS messages from Handy Andy Home Warehouse, including its affiliates and subsidiaries (“Handy Andy,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to the following Text Messaging Terms and Conditions (the “Agreement”). This Agreement also incorporates by reference our broader Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. These policies govern your use of our services and outline your rights and obligations. This Agreement does not override any other agreements you may have with us unless specifically stated.

PLEASE BE AWARE: OUR TERMS OF USE REQUIRE INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION FOR DISPUTES, A WAIVER OF CLASS ACTION RIGHTS, AND THE WAIVER OF A JURY TRIAL. IF YOU DO NOT ACCEPT THESE TERMS, DO NOT PARTICIPATE IN OUR TEXT MESSAGING PROGRAM.

Providing Your Mobile Number

You affirm that the mobile number you provide to us is valid and that you are either the subscriber or have permission to use that number. If you change your phone number or transfer ownership, you agree to notify us immediately by emailing info@hahwinc.com to avoid messages being sent to someone else.

Consent to Receive Messages

By sharing your mobile number, you grant Handy Andy permission to send you recurring automated text messages. These messages will include information related to your delivery orders with us. Message frequency may vary. Your consent is not a condition for purchasing goods or services. Standard message and data rates may apply apply.

How to Opt Out or Get Help

You may revoke your consent to receive text messages at any time. To unsubscribe, reply with STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT. To request assistance, reply HELP or contact us at info@hahwinc.com. After unsubscribing, you may receive a final confirmation text.

Your Responsibility and Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Handy Andy harmless from any claims, liabilities, or costs arising from the use of a phone number that you do not own or from your failure to update your contact information. This includes any claims under federal or state telecommunications laws, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).

Eligibility and Technical Requirements

To participate, you must be at least 18 years old and own a mobile device with text messaging capabilities. You must also subscribe to a mobile service provider that supports text messaging. Not all carriers or devices may be supported. Please check with your carrier for availability.

Additional Terms

You represent that you are fully authorized to accept this Agreement. If any part of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable, that portion will be modified or removed, while the rest of the Agreement will remain in full force. We reserve the right to update or modify this Agreement at any time. We will notify you of any changes, and your continued participation in our messaging program confirms your acceptance of those changes.
