About Us

Markle Do it Best Hardware is a locally owned family business. We specialize in core hardware categories such as plumbing, hand tools, fasteners, electrical, Best Look paint, and lawn and garden, including a seasonal greenhouse. We built on and added a rental department in 2021 to further meet the needs of Markle’s customers.

Markle Hardware got its start in 2007 when Mark and his wife Sandy came upon an opportunity to buy the hardware store in Sandy’s hometown. They were confident that they could provide a well-stocked store with excellent customer service that they could succeed. Their daughter, Whitney McBride became part owner and Store Manager in 2012. With her help we’ve improved inventory strategy and continued our pursuit to provide the best service around because “Our best service, makes You excellent.” Markle has fantastic residents and customers and we regularly give back to the Markle community with charitable donations.
