Available Positions
E-Commerce Fulfillment/Customer Service & Office Administrative Clerk, Full-Time
Job Responsibilities:
- PO to Invoice reconciliation for some of our Brick-and-Mortar business Rollier Hardware.
- The other tasks are centered around our online business's Hard To Find Items and 612 Vermont.
- Order fulfillment for orders that come through on our websites.
- Handling customer service phone calls and online ticket submissions through our websites.
- Sorting and repackaging returns.
- Assist with outbound orders going into Amazon (FBA) and Walmart (WFS) fulfillment networks.
- If the skillset applies some Excel work to assist with bookkeeping. No accounting or bookkeeping experience is needed.
Desired Qualifications:
- Good fundamental understanding of how to use Excel, Word, Outlook.
- Expected to have a good comfort level with basic computer navigation of websites and other web portals to fulfill orders, respond to customer service tickets, etc.
- Friendly and professional approach to servicing customer calls and submissions.

Paint, Full-Time
We are looking for full-time help in our Paints Department. Experience is preferred, since this department requires very specific knowledge that is often acquired through years of using products or selling the products in a retail setting. We have great staff already on board that will help with getting you incorporated with the different systems that we have in place and the equipment and we use to mix and match paint.
As a full-time member of our staff, you would be expected to work at least one night/closing shift, as well as one weekend day. Schedules are expected to stay consistent and predictable from week to week. If you are familiar with paints and sundries and are interested in applying, we would love to hear from you! Plumbing, Part-Time
We are looking for part-time help in our Plumbing Department. Experience is preferred either as a trade professional, or in a retail environment. Hours would be consistent from week to week, but nights and/or a weekend would be typical hours. Part-time typically involves about 15-20 hours per week.
Our plumbing department is very complete with all sorts of plumbing necessities. We also expect staff to assist with the services that we provide in the department including window and screen repair, knife sharpening, glass and plexiglass cutting, as well as faucet and stem repair.. Cashier, Part-Time
We are looking for part-time help at our registers. Prior cashier experience is not necessary since we will train you on our systems and the software needed for the position. Good cashiers typically enjoy communicating clearly, exhibit good eye contact, and are organized in these tasks.
As a part-time cashier, we would look to schedule you during the daytime to help with lunch-time coverage (when available), or we would look to schedule you during nights (until close at 8pm) or during weekends. You do not need to be available all of these hours, but we would expect that you have availablility during some of these times. i.e, if you are in school, we would look to have you work more nights or weekends, rather than daytime lunches.
