It starts with lighting the charcoal. This process is made easy thanks to precision air flow control at the bottom of the grill, a sealed fire box that holds our proprietary charcoal, and adjustable top vents that control the air flow out of the top of your Egg. The big benefit? Precision temperature control through the dual vent setup.
From there, it's up to you to set the temperature for whatever you're grilling, baking, roasting or smoking, then let the Egg go to work!
