30-day Return Policy
Brick & Mortar Return Policy
To enhance the return process of in store purchases, please follow these guidelines:
- Make your return within 30 days of purchase.
- Present the original sales receipt.
- Returned item must be in the original package and in saleable condition. Tags must be intact on all clothing.
- Special orders are not returnable
- Items that have been specially cut, made, trimmed or mixed are not returnable.
- Large items returned to the outside lot must be verified by an employee.
- Returns will be made in the same tender as original purchase. Checks require a 7 day waiting period before any refunds are given.
- Items without receipts may be returned at our discretion for a store credit (gift card).
Live plants have no guarantee. Please do not purchase a plant that shows signs of stress, imperfections or disease. We strive to purchase from reputable sources and present them as is.
