We are committed to our customers' satisfaction. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will provide a prompt, friendly credit, refund or exchange.

Returns

If you are not happy, we want you to return the product to us. We will either refund your money or send you a new replacement at your option. (Any related shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.) Email us at mgr@clarkdevon.com. Tell us what you ordered, when you ordered it and what you would like to see happen. We will get back to you promptly to resolve the matter.

All Florence mailbox products must be returned within 10 days of purchase and have a 30% restocking fee.

Your email address belongs to you. Clark Devon Hardware will not sell or share your email address with third parties under any circumstance. We will only send you email when we have your permission to do so.
