Garage Doors

  • 2-Car garage - one door 18 feet wide by 8 feet tall or two doors 9 feet wide by 8 feet tall.
  • 3-Car garage - one door 18 feet wide by 8 feet tall and one door 9 feet wide by 8 feet tall.

Colors: Paint or stain colors used on Garage doors, jambs or brick mold that are bold or bright, to include Red, Blue, Green, Yellow or similar, must be approved by the Developer.

  • Colors - All (except Green, Wineberry, and Artic Silver)

Note: Each Garage door facing a public street shall have a 3 1/2” or 5 1/2” trim board installed around its perimeter. Trim boards are recommended to be of the same brand as the siding; however, 2x4 or 2x6 lumber may be substituted, providing it is wrapped/clad with the aluminum coil specified in this Design Code.
