Grade - SPF 1650 MSR or SPF #2 Hi-Line

2x8, 2x10 or 2x12 -- 8’-20’ lengths
Grade - Select Structural

1 1/2” Treated Lumber (species-Southern Yellow Pine)

2x4, 2x6, 2x8, 2x10 or 2x12 -- 8’-16’ lengths
Grade - #1 ground contact

OSB (oriented strand board)

7/16”, 1/2”, 5/8” (19/32” stamp), or 3/4" (23/32” stamp) tongue and groove.
15/32” shall not be substituted for 1/2"

Engineered Headers/Beams (all sizes)

LVL, Glulam, Parrallam, Timberstrand LSL or any equivalent

Note: Lumber not meeting the grades above may be substituted at the discretion of the Developer to accommodate issues with availability, use of “mill” specific lumber or unforeseen circumstances.  Lumber longer than 20 feet may exceed the grades above.
