Patio Doors

Patio doors shall be of the same brand and color as the windows. Entry door brands specified in this Design Code may be substituted for patio doors only where frame and door colors match closely to that of the windows.

Note: Each window or Patio door facing a public street shall have a 3 1/2” or 5 1/2” trim board installed around its perimeter. Trim boards are recommended to be of the same brand as the siding; however, 2x4 or 2x6 lumber may be substituted providing it is wrapped/clad with the aluminum coil specified in this Design Code.
